Finance Committee
The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely...
- The Director General, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee
- The Director of Research and Development
- Two members of the Board (one of them shall be a Government nominee on the Board) to be nominated by the Board
- The Directors of the University
- One expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board
- One professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board
